As we expand across the Australian and APAC markets, we're seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager to take our innovation to new clients and industries.

Your Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will lead strategic growth by identifying and closing opportunities with enterprise and mid-market clients. You'll leverage your industry network, consultative sales expertise, and understanding of AI-driven technology to position Lorgan as a trusted innovation partner.

Working with internal stakeholders across product, delivery, and leadership, you'll manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing — with a focus on building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a business development strategy focused on Lorgan's AI, GenAI, Agentic AI & IoT offerings.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities across diverse industries.
  • Engage C-level executives and senior decision-makers, positioning our platform & 15 prebuilt solutions to solve industry-specific challenges.
  • Customise pitches and proposals based on client needs, collaborating with technical teams where necessary.
  • Close deals of significant size and strategic value.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitive positioning, and emerging client needs.
  • Contribute to the growth of Lorgan's presence across Australia and the wider APAC region.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in B2B sales, business development, or solution selling in the technology sector.
  • Proven track record of generating and closing AI deals, ideally involving AI, Gen AI or Agentic AI solutions.
  • A strong and credible network across multiple industries, including financial services, logistics, energy, retail, and government.
  • Familiarity with AI, GenAI, Agentic AI models, and IoT solutions; understanding the business value they deliver.
  • Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
