Position: Reliability Engineering Manager
Reports to: Head of Manufacturing & Supply Chain
Leads a team of Electricians and Fitters
Location: Marrickville and Revesby
About the RoleAs our Reliability Engineering Manager, you will lead the Engineering and Maintenance department to deliver efficiency through optimised machinery performance, technology utilisation, and process engineering improvements. Your strategic leadership will help us maintain our competitive advantage in the market while supporting our growth trajectory.
What You'll Do- Lead engineering activities including commissioning of new machinery
- Drive process engineering improvements to enhance productivity
- Oversee maintenance operations to minimise downtime and maximise efficiency
- Manage repairs, maintenance budgets and CAPEX projects
- Develop and mentor a team of engineering, electricians and maintenance professionals
- Implement and optimise systems, policies, and procedures
- Ensure workplace health and safety compliance and promote a safety culture
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of maintenance and engineering experience
- Process engineering expertise
- Trade qualifications in electrical, maintenance, or related fields
- Food manufacturing experience and knowledge
- Strong people leadership skills
- Proven experience managing major projects
- Understanding of legislative requirements (including OH&S & Environment)
