About The Role: We are seeking an experienced Reliability Engineer (Electrical & Instrumentation) at our Bunbury Pigment Operations in the idyllic South West of WA.
While the role is titled Reliability Engineer, we welcome applications from Senior Reliability Engineers with strong experience in Electrical and Instrumentation who are looking to broaden their impact.

This role is predominately based at our Australind site located on the picturesque Old Coast Road, in Australind 6233.
This role will be focusing on the production and refinement of titanium dioxide, a key chemical used in various industries including coatings, plastics, and paper.
You will also support and perform work for our nearby Kemerton Plant Located in the Kemerton Industrial area.
This position will be offered on a full time, permanent basis, working a 38-hour week compressed into a 9-day fortnight, every second Friday off
Please note, there is no camp facility onsite and successful applicants will need to live in the South West region.
The E&I Reliabilty Engineer will provide expertise to support reliability and cost improvements across the Bunbury Pigment plant sites.
Main duties include: Leading reliability improvement within the Maintenance team.
You will analyse the performance of operating assets and deliver long term asset improvement.
Contribute to statutory compliance of regulated equipment as well as providing technical expertise in support of maintenance activities on the site.
Be accountable for reviewing and implementing improvements to the sites' maintenance strategies.
Supporting the maintenance team as required for sustaining capital projects.
Facilitate change within the team, helping and coaching maintenance personnel to improve strategies and eliminate inefficiencies from the maintenance processes.
Improve asset operational time through Asset Management, Condition Monitoring, Defect Elimination, Root Cause Analysis, Managing Machine Heath Programs.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence programs.
Build and maintain trust with trades personnel by being approachable, reliable, and responsive to feedback and concerns.
About you To be successful in your application you will ideally need to possess: A relevant tertiary level qualification in Engineering (Instrument / Electrical) or other closely related field.
Significant post graduate experience supporting a complex fixed plant facility.
Knowledge of reliability and condition monitoring principles.
Experiencing in managing I/E related projects for maintenance and reliability.
Working Knowledge of SAP for planning and analysis activities (advantageous) Previous experience in chemical processing environment (advantageous) Ability to have open communication and build trusting relationships with key stakeholders and trade personnel.
