Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned
Reliability Engineer
to join our team. As a key member of the maintenance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our assets.
The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a strong understanding of maintenance best practices, and experience with computerized asset management tools.
Responsibilities include planning, prioritizing, and scheduling maintenance activities, as well as supervising contractors and communicating effectively with production personnel.
Requirements
A degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Proven track record of improving asset reliability and performance through effective maintenance strategies.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
Improve asset reliability and performance by implementing evidence-based maintenance strategies.
Plan, prioritize, and schedule weekly preventive maintenance activities, monthly shutdowns, and project work across the plant.
Supervise, delegate, and coordinate responsibilities to maintenance contractors, ensuring they adhere to safety protocols.
Effectively communicate with production personnel daily to ensure the safe and efficient maintenance of the mill and associated equipment.
Support mechanical equipment spares and repair management.
Demonstrate commitment to health and safety practices.
