Customer Delivery Team Leader

Reporting into the Customer Delivery Manager - Safety ("CDM"), the new Customer Delivery Team Leader - Safety ("CDTL") will be based at our Notting Hill head office, enjoy flexibility, and have the option of hybrid working. The CDTL will work closely with the CDM is to play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of high-quality service, operational excellence and efficiency, and continuous improvement within the Safety Customer Delivery team.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assist in coordinating daily operations, task allocation, and onboarding and training new employees;
• Act as a point of contact for team queries and escalate issues as needed;
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders and service requests;
• Support resolution of customer issues and complaints in a professional manner;
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency;
• Support implementation of new processes and systems;
• Assist is preparing reports and tracking key performance indicators;
• Apply a compliance focused mindset across all operations, and;
• Always ensure a safety-first approach.

The ideal candidate will be equipped with the following attributes:

• Tertiary qualification in Business Administration, or a related discipline (preferable);
• Proven experience in similar roles within a similar industry (highly desirable);
• Commitment to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction;
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and ERP systems;
• Adaptability and readiness to handle multiple, changing priorities in a fast-paced environment;
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn;
• Exemplary understanding of compliance rules, with a proactive mindset and the ability to act as a role model in upholding and promoting compliance standards, and;
• Excellent stakeholder management, conflict resolution, interpersonal, communication, problem solving, task management, and organisational skills.
