Job Title: Key Account Liaison

Job Responsibilities:
  • Support National Key Account Managers in logistics, forecasting, order management, meeting preparation, and contract reviews
  • Navigate clients through the sales funnel, from potential lead to existing customer
  • Coordinate customer orders from quotations to in-store delivery via effective communication and sales team collaboration
  • Analyze raw data and communicate stock requirements, sales data, and market trends
  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and presentations for key accounts
  • Enter and process order-related data, managing internal account information
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience managing B2B accounts
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven, with ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Fluent in oral and written English
