Facilities Coordinator

We're looking for an experienced Facilities Coordinator to join our team at our head office in Archerfield to assist the Facilities Supervisor with the overall day-to-day operation of essential services necessary for site operation. This is a Permanent, Monday to Friday role.

What you'll be doing:

As a Facilities Coordinator at Hastings Deering, you will:

• Support site operations - Assist the Facilities Supervisor in managing essential services for smooth site functionality.
• Maintain compliance - Monitor fire safety equipment and scheduled maintenance to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate contractors - Engage and supervise contractors for repairs and maintenance, prioritizing safety.
• Ensure cleanliness - Oversee waste removal and maintain a clean, presentable site environment.
• Manage documentation - Raise purchase orders, process invoices, and maintain accurate maintenance records.

What you'll need:
