About the Role

You will support the Facilities Manager to keep venues, vessels and offices running smoothly. The role coordinates vehicle administration, weekly purchase requests, scheduled servicing, storage control and end-to-end repairs and maintenance. You will track tasks to priority timelines, liaise with suppliers, approve basic invoices, and ensure all activity is safe, compliant and on budget.


What You'll Need
  • Experience in facilities, venue operations, logistics or similar coordination role
  • Strong planning and time management with ability to juggle competing deadlines
  • Confidence using Asana or a similar task system, plus Google Sheets or Excel
  • Clear written and verbal communication for staff, contractors and suppliers
  • Sound administrative skills including basic invoice approval and record keeping
  • Current Australian driver licence and reliable transport
  • Ability to perform safe manual handling and occasional after hours support aligned to the events calendar

About You

You are organised, practical and detail focused. You close the loop on tasks, keep stakeholders informed and maintain tidy, well-labelled spaces. You prioritise effectively against agreed timeframes, follow procedures, and look for simple improvements that save time and reduce rework. Above all, you take ownership for delivering a smooth, safe and compliant operation every week.
