Redefine Fitness is a family-owned, women's-only fitness centre built on community, connection, and care.

We believe fitness should fit into life and not take it over. Our mission is to empower women to feel strong, confident, and capable; while making sure our team has the balance and support they need too.

With a loyal membership base and strong PT clientele ready to step into, we're looking for someone who shares our passion for people, not just reps and sets.


The Role

This is a permanent part-time role (approx hours per week during weekdays), with Saturday mornings only required for cover. The right person can start immediately.

You'll:

  • Coach small group fitness classes and personal training sessions
  • Step into an existing PT client base with room to grow
  • Support members with accountability, motivation, and a caring approach
  • Provide members with basic nutritional support with full training and guidance provided by our in-house Nutritionist
  • Work closely with a small, supportive team that values balance and wellbeing

About You

We're looking for someone who:

  • Holds Cert III & IV in Fitness (or is close to finishing)
  • Loves building genuine connections and creating a welcoming space for women
  • Enjoys both group and 1:1 coaching
  • Is reliable, flexible, and committed to being part of a team long-term
  • Brings positivity, encouragement, and care into every session
  • Is open to learning and growing in the area of nutrition and lifestyle support
  • Holds Australian work rights
  • Has a minimum of 3 months fitness industry experience
  • Hold current first aid and CPR Certificates or be willing to obtain asap
