Remuneration: Competitive and based on experience.

Sukhdev & Ahmad Migration Pty Ltd is expanding, and we are seeking experienced Registered Migration Agents to join our growing Melbourne team. Multiple full-time, office-based positions are available, with opportunities to grow into senior roles as the practice develops.

We're looking for passionate, energetic, and client-focused professionals who want to make a real impact in people's lives while building a rewarding career in migration law.


Multiple Positions Available:
MARA Agent – Partner Visa Specialist
  • Strong experience with Partner and Family visa streams.
  • Skilled in managing onshore and offshore Partner, Prospective Marriage, Parent, and Child visas.
  • Excellent communication with an empathetic, relationship-based approach.
MARA Agent – Humanitarian Visa Specialist
  • Solid background in Refugee, Protection, and Humanitarian visas.
  • Understanding of the Community Support Program (CSP) and Special Humanitarian Program (SHP) highly desirable.
  • Experience supporting vulnerable clients with a trauma-informed approach.
MARA Agent – Generalist Migration Agent
  • Broad experience across multiple visa categories (Skilled, Student, Employer, Visitor, etc.).
  • Ability to adapt quickly and manage varied caseloads.
  • Strong research skills and up-to-date knowledge of policy changes.

General Requirements for All Roles:
  • MARA Registration is compulsory (Applications without valid MARA registration will not be considered).
  • Minimum 2 years of migration advice experience (except Principal Agent which requires 5+ years).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Ethical, professional, and client-focused.
  • Strong knowledge and in-depth understanding of Australian immigration laws and policies.
  • Ability to manage caseloads independently while meeting deadlines.
  • Commitment to professional integrity, ethical practice, and continuous learning.
  • Willingness to work from our office (not remote).
  • Multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
