Guest Services Coordinator – Casual & Full-Time

This isn't your average hospitality job. Based at the scenic Harbour Lodge in Chowder Bay, you'll support group stays while soaking up the stunning natural surroundings (and maybe enjoying a lunchtime swim just 250m away).

We're hiring for both:

  • Casual positions – perfect for uni students or parents wanting flexible hours
  • Full-time role – a combination of Guest Service Coordinator and Activity Instructor (experience in kayaking/SUP/snorkelling is ideal, but not essential)

What You'll Be Doing

  • Hosting and welcoming school and community groups (20–80 guests)
  • Facilitating breakfast and dinner service
  • Maintaining lodge cleanliness and presentation
  • (Full-time role) Assisting with outdoor activities like kayaking, paddleboarding or snorkelling

You'll Need (or Be Willing to Get):

  • NSW Working With Children Check
  • First Aid & CPR
  • Current Driver's Licence
  • Safe Food Handling Certificate
  • Great communication skills with adults and kids
  • Availability for some weekends and public holidays
  • Strong customer service focus, including complaint handling

Bonus Points For:

  • Housekeeping or food prep experience
  • Warden/emergency procedures experience
  • Interest or background in hospitality, outdoor education or education

Ability to commute/relocate:

Experience:

  • hospitality/customer service: 1 year (Required)
  • cleaning: 1 year (Preferred)
  • food preparation / service: 1 year (Preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Working with Children Check (Preferred)
  • Drivers License (Preferred)
  • CPR / First-Aid (Preferred)
  • Food Handling Certificate (Preferred)

Work Authorisation:
