What You'll Be Doing

  • Cooking delicious food that looks great and tastes even better.
  • Keeping things clean, organised and up to standard.
  • Working closely with the Head and Sous Chefs.
  • Helping drive the team through smooth lunch and dinner services.
  • Looking after quality control—every dish, every time.

You'll be part of a tight-knit kitchen team that values communication, consistency and creativity. You'll help with service, prep, stock, hygiene and the general rhythm that keeps a kitchen humming. No two days are the same, but the goal always is: serve great food and have fun doing it.
