Are you a confident sales professional looking to break into the recruitment or an existing Recruitment Consutant?
We're a boutique recruitment consultancy specialising in the civil engineering and piling industry. Your ability to enjoy the hustle and bushel of being on the phone to screen candidates, update database, get referrals from candidates that are we have placed in the past.
We're looking ideally for an enthusiastic, energy and driven person to join our small team, office located in West Perth, working closely alongside an experienced senior recruiter.

The role:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment in civil engineering and piling
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates

  • Has a sales background and loves the thrill of the chase of the sales process
  • Brings energy, confidence, and strong communication skills
  • Is comfortable picking up the phone and building relationships
  • Has a self-starter attitude
  • Is eager to learn the recruitment process
Bonus points if you have:
  • Experience in recruitment or civil engineering sales sectors
  • Knowledge of piling or related technical trades, but not essential as you can be taught this
