EnerMech is proud to extend this expression of interest in relation to our long-standing partnership with Ampol, supporting the Lytton Refinery with the delivery of specialist Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation (MEI) maintenance services.

As we continue to build our capability on-site, we're seeking expressions of interest for experienced, safety-focused professionals for full-time permanent positions in the following roles:

  • Site Manager
  • Mechanical Supervisor

These staff positions are critical to the safe, reliable, and efficient delivery of one of Queensland's most important energy infrastructure assets.

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking motivated and experienced individuals who can contribute to leadership, governance, and operational support within a high-risk, refinery environment.

Desired skills and competencies include:

  • Proven experience in refinery, oil & gas, or heavy industrial projects
  • Understanding of refinery processes, safety systems, and compliance frameworks
  • Strong leadership and supervisory capability (for managerial/supervisory roles)
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and stakeholder engagement skills
