The Lorian Group is looking for an experienced Fitout Site Manager to join a national construction company delivering a steady pipeline of retail and hospitality projects across Brisbane.

This is a great opportunity to join a reputable builder known for their professional culture, strong safety standards, and repeat client base. You'll be working on fast-paced fitout and refurb projects with solid systems and national support behind you.

What you'll be doing:

  • Overseeing day-to-day site operations from start to finish
  • Managing subcontractors and ensuring quality, safety, and timelines are met
  • Coordinating with the project team and client to deliver smooth, on-time handovers
  • Maintaining detailed site records and reporting through construction software

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience delivering fitout or refurb projects (retail, hospitality, or similar)
  • 5+ years construction experience
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and subcontractor management
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Procore, Breadcrumb, and SharePoint (or similar systems)
  • Construction white card
  • First Aid & CPR
