About the job
The Clinical Implementation Adviser will play a critical role in the implementation of Orygen Digital's MOST platform in South Australia to augment the mental health support young people receive from these services. The Clinical Implementation Adviser will engage with mental health services in providing significant onboarding, training, and ongoing support of services and their staff.
Reporting to the Head of National Implementation you will:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with service leaders, staff, funders, and stakeholders to support the successful implementation of MOST.
- Act as an embedded liaison within participating services, providing regular on-site support, guidance, and problem-solving for the MOST platform.
- Deliver training and respond to queries from service staff, ensuring confidence in using the MOST platform and service model.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine implementation strategies, training materials, and processes based on feedback, research, and evolving needs.
- Manage implementation across multiple services with varying complexities, proactively addressing challenges to ensure successful adoption.
Skills and experience
The following criteria must be met for consideration for this position:
- Fully qualified Psychologist, Social Worker, accredited mental health Occupational Therapist or other mental health professional with eligibility for appropriate membership with accredited registering body.
- Experience in youth mental health services, with knowledge of Australian mental health systems, service models, and the not-for-profit sector.
- Skilled in implementing new initiatives within clinical contexts, with strong training, communication, and influencing abilities.
- Confident with digital technologies and passionate about digital health services, with proficiency in office software and presentation tools.
- Strong relationship-building, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.
Benefits
- $110,000 - $120,000 pro rata commensurate with skills and experience + 12% superannuation and $15,900 in NFP salary packaging + $2,600 meals and entertainment card.
