We are seeking an experienced and collaborative professional to join the People & Culture function at Santos in the role of Analyst/Adviser - Contingent Labour.

In this varied position you will perform objectives that include assisting the Talent Acquisition Function/Contingent Labour Management Team to provide analysis and insights across multiple data sets, primarily related to labour hire contractors and contingent processes.

Key areas include:

- Analysis, support and administration for operational oversight of the onsite MSP (Managed Service Provider)
- System audit and data analysis for company Vendor Management System (Fieldglass)
- Day-to-day queries management, support and administration
- Act as a key interface for enquiries and support requests across the business, ensuring activities are screened, delegated and tracked appropriately as required
- Review, analysis and investigation of labour engagement types across organisation
- Process mapping, analysis and implementation support of improved contingent labour processes
- Preparing presentations for multiple/varied stakeholders to assist in providing timely communication and influencing improved contingent labour outcomes
- Data collation and analysis support for benchmarking contractors - annual and ad hoc initiatives
- Involvement in supplier reviews and tender process administration
- Development and distribution of training materials/coms to support contingent function
- Research, investigate, advise and support implementation new processes, practices, reporting, presentation of data to drive better business outcomes, cost efficiencies and practice consistency

Experience required for this position includes:

- Exposure to labour hire and contractor hiring practices from either supplier side or inhouse company perspective
- Strong data analysis, reporting, advising and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving capability; investigative, adaptable and pragmatic, with the ability to adjust to evolving organisational needs
- Sound project delivery skills and experience with the ability to plan, deliver and implement key project activity or BAU
- Contracts/Procurement experience with HR/Labour Hire supply contracts
- Working in a fast-paced, dynamic organisation; high-level of resilience and perseverance
- High Proficiency in MS products including; Excel and Power Point
