Senior Accounts Receivable Officer

- Maintaining positive and effective communication with all members of the finance team and wider business.
- Communicating effectively and professionally with external parties and debtors.
- Mentoring and supporting other AR team members where applicable.
- Management of comprehensive transactional accounting within the AR remit for all relevant business units.
- Ensuring prompt and timely invoice production and issue.
- Full credit note management.
- Managing the recovery and recording of staff sales accounts and reconciliation with payroll.
- Monthly balance sheet reconciliation.
- Providing a professional and timely credit control function where necessary.
- Effectively contributing to the continuous improvement of accounts receivable processes and timelines.
- Experience using a large ERP system for financial management.
- Experience across all facets of Accounts Receivable processes.
- Experience dealing with intercompany accounts, transactions and reconciliations.
- Experience reconciling complex debtor reports against customer statements.
- Experience liaising with debtors.
- At least 5 years of experience in an AR role or dealing with Accounts Receivable matters specifically.
- Experience in a manufacturing setting highly desired.
- A relevant professional accounting qualification.
