Our client is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer who wants to establish and grow their career as the organisation continues to grow. The role of Accounts Receivable Officer is an exciting opportunity to join a company who values their culture and quality of work.

**Your new role**
- Manage Accounts Receivable inbox, actioning oldest invoices first and scanning for urgent requests.
- Invoicing jobs as per status and requests including reviewing the job in Prime to ensure completeness Communicate with customers to retrieve payment of invoices that have fallen due or are overdue for payment
- Enter notes into Prime on each job when receiving correspondence regarding any information which relates to an invoice
- Enter notes into Overdue invoices excel spreadsheet on each invoice comments cell when receiving correspondence regarding any information which relates to an invoice
- Communicate with Repair Coordinator’s to ensure all invoices have been uploaded correctly to external platforms and that the correct customer has been invoiced.
- Communicate with Supervisors to ensure all invoices have been uploaded correctly to external platforms and that the correct customer has been invoiced.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Advanced computer skills, including Excel
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both autonomously and within a team
