Site Manager required on a minimum 3 month contract starting ASAP on a large scale re-waterproofing and facade repairs job in Waitara (We can be slightly flexible on start date for the right candidate). You'll be working for a large remediation company.

The Role We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a large scale re-waterproofing and facade repairs job. It's a live environment with residents occupying properties within the apartment building in Waitara.

This role offers the opportunity to manage complex refurbishment projects while ensuring quality, safety and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily on-site operations, ensuring all construction activities are carried out to the highest standards
  • Supervise trades, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project timelines and budgets are met
  • Conduct site inspections and enforce safety protocols in accordance with WHS regulations
  • Liaise with clients, project managers, and stakeholders to provide regular updates
  • Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process
  • Maintain quality control and ensure compliance with building codes and company standards
  • Oversee facade and window refurbishment works, ensuring minimal disruption to occupants
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard

About You

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager in remedial, facade or refurbishment projects
  • Strong understanding of facade and window refurbishment processes
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive approach
  • Knowledge of WHS regulations and building codes
  • Trade qualification or relevant construction management certification preferred
