The 2iC - MedOps Team is a key support role within the MedOps department at easykind. This role is an integral part in ensuring the smooth operation of the MedOps team by providing leadership, structure, and support to both the team and the Head of Department. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys collaborating with different teams, and is eager to contribute to the ongoing growth and success of easykind.
Responsibilities include but aren't limited to:
- Step up to lead the MedOps team when the Head of Department is unavailable.
- Act as a key liaison between the MedOps team and other departments, facilitating smooth communication and collaboration.
- Monitor team workflows and data, providing guidance and real-time support to the Head of Department.
- Manage daily reporting of metrics, ensure account managers & practitioners are on task.
- Oversee daily team activities, ensuring tasks are delegated effectively to maintain efficiency.
- Contribute to improving workflows and strategies to enhance business development as well as patient engagement.
- Assist in training new team members, ensuring they understand best practices, processes, and easykind's mission.
- Provide crucial business insights, helping the team make informed decisions that align with easykind's goals.
- Attend and contribute to weekly team meetings, some of which may extend beyond standard business hours including the fortnightly Prescriber Round table meeting on Thursday evenings.
- Work closely with Growth, Patient Support, and Marketing teams to ensure aligned messaging and optimised processes.

- Ability to manage calendars efficiently and coordinate with others effectively.
- Strong communication skills to articulate information clearly and collaborate with various stakeholders, especially inr egard to practitioners

- High attention to detail, ensuring processes are followed accurately and improvements are well-documented.
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-moving environment and pivot priorities as needed.
