Your new role:
As Clinical Facilitator, you will provide advanced clinical expertise and leadership to support safe, person-centred care in the Transit Care Hub. You will also play a key role in supporting education, professional development, and quality improvement initiatives across the service.
- Deliver advanced clinical assessment, planning, and coordination of care for patients with complex needs.
- Provide clinical leadership and act as a role model for professional practice, education, and research.
- Support and mentor staff and students through facilitation, supervision, and education.
- Lead and participate in quality improvement, innovation, and research activities aligned with service goals
About you:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated nurse who is passionate about education, clinical excellence, and patient-centred care. You will demonstrate:
- Advanced clinical knowledge and problem-solving skills in acute and/or subacute care.
- Ability to provide leadership, mentoring, and education to nursing staff, students, and interprofessional teams.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills, with a commitment to continuous improvement and professional development

We offer our staff and students extensive support and training in most medical specialties. As a teaching hospital, we help train future health care professionals and participate in research through strong partnerships with Queensland's leading medical schools, universities, and TAFE Queensland.
