**Full-Time Positions Available: Dental Practice Manager and Front Desk Receptionist in Woolooware**

**Start Date**: Mid-October

**About Our Clinic**

We are a newly established dental surgery located within a brand-new shopping centre in Woolooware. Our clinic offers a pleasant working environment equipped with the latest technology and modern fitouts. As a new practice, the initial workload will be light, giving you the opportunity to help set up clinic policies, administrative tasks, and develop strong relationships with both staff and patients.

**Roles and Responsibilities**

**Receptionist Duties**:

- Manage daily scheduling with dentists and other reception staff.

**Practice Manager Duties**:

- Perform administrative duties such as staff management & training, stock management, and overseeing infection control policies with the principal dentist's assistance.
- Coordinate between staff, dentists, patients, and labs to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Manage patient communications & recalls, implement patient retention and new patient booking strategies.
- Oversee daily operations of the practice.
- Ensure a high level of patient satisfaction and address any complaints.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Minimum 1 year of experience in dental practice management or 1 year of dental reception experience, relevant to the role.
- Knowledge of Praktika dental software is desirable but not required (training will be provided).
