The Opportunity

Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will lead Australian and New Zealand's (ANZ) commercial growth:

  • Drive commercial growth and exceed annual revenue targets for the ANZ region.
  • Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans to maximise market penetration.
  • Lead the commercial launch and adoption of products across key healthcare channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, pathology networks, and key stakeholders.
  • Manage sales activities, including prospecting, solution selling, contract negotiation, and deal structuring.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure alignment of commercial strategies and effective market execution.
  • Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to inform strategic planning and support business decision-making.

The Requirements

  • Requires a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a science, biomedical, or healthcare-related discipline.
  • A minimum of five years' sales or business development experience in diagnostics, medical devices, or healthcare, preferably including experience launching new diagnostic products.
  • Demonstrated experience in achieving sales growth and establishing strategic partnerships.
  • Skills in solution-based selling, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Established connections with key accounts, healthcare professionals, pathology networks, and key opinion leaders.
  • Experience with business processes such as contract negotiation and commercial deal structuring.
  • Proficient in communication and presentations, with an ability to convey clinical and technical insights for commercial purposes.
