About the role

This part-time or full time Barista/Experienced Café All Rounder role at Krash&Co, Cafe in Sunbury VIC 3429 is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic candidate to join our vibrant café team. As a Barista/Café All Rounder, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and high-quality coffee and food beverages in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll be doing

  1. Preparing and serving a range of coffee and tea beverages to customers
  2. Providing friendly and efficient customer service at the point of sale
  3. Assisting with the preparation and service of a variety of café-style food items
  4. Maintaining a clean and well-organised work environment
  5. Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety and food hygiene regulations
  6. Contributing to the overall success and positive atmosphere of the café

What we're looking for

  1. At least 1-2 years of experience as a Barista or in a similar café/hospitality role
  2. Proven ability to prepare high-quality coffee and tea beverages
  3. Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
  4. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure
  5. A keen interest in the hospitality industry and a passion for delivering great customer experiences
  6. Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification is desirable
  7. Must be available for early morning shifts and weekends
  8. Experience with POS systems and cash handling
  9. Must have valid right to work in Australia
