What You'll Do
  • Lead, mentor and inspire a team of educators and teachers to deliver exceptional learning outcomes.
  • Oversee all aspects of centre operations - staffing, budgeting, compliance, and family communications.
  • Build strong partnerships with families and the local community.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive and high-performing team culture.
  • Champion the highest standards of safety, quality, and child wellbeing.
To Be Successful, You'll Bring:
  • A Bachelor or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA recognised equivalent).
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Current First Aid, CPR and WWCC.
  • National Police Check
  • Solid understanding of the operational and business aspects of running a childcare service.
  • Sound knowledge and experience in implementing the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards, and Child Safety Standards.
