About the business:

Specialised Plumbing Drainage Roofing is a growing plumbing business located in Sunbury, a young and vibrant business expanding rapidly within the construction industry.  We require a Booking Coordinator/ Office All -Rounder to support the company in moving forward.  Previous experience within the plumbing industry is an advantage.

About the role:

This position will be responsible for supporting the business in the capacity of bookings, administrative and office support.  Key duties include but are not limited to;

  • Answering booking calls and emails.
  • Assisting in admin and office support as directed by Administration Supervisor.
  • Preparing jobs for the tradesman to commence
  • Assisting the estimation department with any tasks they require to be completed.
  • Creating job folders and paperwork for next day plumbing jobs.
  • Handing all plumbing bookings and associated enquiries.
  • Scheduling plumbers daily job runsheet
  • Liaising with various water boards to schedule plumbing inspections.
  • Applying for permits
  • Daily Ad hoc duties
  • Office filing
