About the Role: Disability Support Worker - 7 days a week (5 to 6 hours a day)

We are expanding our team and are looking for compassionate, reliable, and committed support workers to provide exceptional care and support to our NDIS participants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide respectful and personalised support, including personal care, daily routines, transport, and community participation.
  • Follow individualised care and support plans to help participants achieve their personal goals.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and uphold high standards of safety and safeguarding.
  • Work collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals, and our in-house team.
What You Bring:
  • A genuine passion for supporting people with disability.
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • Current First Aid & CPR certifications.
  • A valid driver's licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
  • Flexibility and reliability to meet participant needs.
  • Fluent English Language
Highly Regarded (Not Essential):
  • Experience in mental health or challenging behaviour support settings.
  • Qualifications in aged care or disability support.
  • Availabilities during the week and on weekends
