About the Role: Disability Support Worker - 7 days a week (5 to 6 hours a day)We are expanding our team and are looking for compassionate, reliable, and committed support workers to provide exceptional care and support to our NDIS participants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide respectful and personalised support, including personal care, daily routines, transport, and community participation.
- Follow individualised care and support plans to help participants achieve their personal goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold high standards of safety and safeguarding.
- Work collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals, and our in-house team.
- A genuine passion for supporting people with disability.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Current First Aid & CPR certifications.
- A valid driver's licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
- Flexibility and reliability to meet participant needs.
- Fluent English Language
- Experience in mental health or challenging behaviour support settings.
- Qualifications in aged care or disability support.
- Availabilities during the week and on weekends
