We're looking for an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner ready to step into a dual Team Leader / Lead BSP role - combining clinical impact with leadership, while contributing to a strong, connected team culture.

What you'll do

  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred behaviour support for participants with complex needs
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and clinical oversight to a team of BSPs
  • Manage caseload quality, risk, and service hours
  • Support service development, recruitment, and strategic planning
  • Represent Elements ABC in the local community and sector

What you'll bring

  • Proficient-level NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner registration
  • Tertiary qualification in Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Social Work, ABA, or BCBA
  • Experience supporting individuals with complex behaviours
  • Knowledge of NDIS and Positive Behaviour Support frameworks
  • Leadership experience or readiness to step into a senior role
  • Current driver's licence, Working with Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screening
