We're looking for an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner ready to step into a dual Team Leader / Lead BSP role - combining clinical impact with leadership, while contributing to a strong, connected team culture.

What you'll do
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred behaviour support for participants with complex needs
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and clinical oversight to a team of BSPs
- Manage caseload quality, risk, and service hours
- Support service development, recruitment, and strategic planning
- Represent Elements ABC in the local community and sector
What you'll bring
- Proficient-level NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner registration
- Tertiary qualification in Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Social Work, ABA, or BCBA
- Experience supporting individuals with complex behaviours
- Knowledge of NDIS and Positive Behaviour Support frameworks
- Leadership experience or readiness to step into a senior role
- Current driver's licence, Working with Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screening
