Support Worker- High Intensity BOC

Hourly Rate: $40 – $45

Casual | Immediate Start |

Accessible Care is a trusted NDIS-registered provider offering high-quality, person-centred support across Victoria and South Australia. We are currently seeking compassionate and experienced Support Workers to join our growing team in Macedon VIC.

You will work closely with families, clinical staff, and our internal allied health team to ensure clients receive safe, respectful, and dignified care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support with daily living activities
  • Deliver palliative care with empathy and professionalism
  • Support clients with Behaviors of Concern, Non Verbal
  • Administer medications as per care plan (must hold valid Medication Administration Certificate)
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Collaborate with allied health professionals and family members
  • Promote client independence and quality of life
  • Medication Administration Certificate (HLTHPS006 or equivalent)
  • experience with non verbal clients with BOC's - REQUIRED
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDIS Clearance)
Essential Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years experience in disability or aged care
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • Valid Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Empathetic, patient, and reliable approach to care
