About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Signage and Installation Team Leader to join our dynamic team at Signageworld Pty Ltd in Regency Park, SA. As a full-time team leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of high-quality signage for our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Supervising and coordinating a team of signage fabricators and installers to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects
  • Liaising with clients to understand their signage requirements and communicate project progress
  • Overseeing the safe and proper installation of a variety of signage types, including illuminated, digital, wrapping and custom-made signs
  • Providing guidance and training to team members to continuously improve their skills and expertise
  • Maintaining detailed records of all installations and inventory of signage materials

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the signage industry, ideally with a proven track record of leading a team
  • Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in the installation and maintenance of various signage types
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and coordinate the team
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to ensure high-quality work and customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to job sites as required
  • Current White Card certification is required for this position
