About the Role

An exciting opportunity exists for a qualified Electrician to join our high-performing engineering team. This role offers the chance to grow your career within a company that is rapidly expanding its electrical and engineering capabilities.

As a key member of the team, you will:

  • Install, inspect, and commission industrial electrical equipment on machinery and systems.
  • Interpret and apply engineering designs, electrical schematics, and equipment specifications to support installations and problem-solving.
  • Organise and order materials and assist with quoting and inspections.
  • Perform fault finding, diagnostics, and troubleshooting on electrical control, instrumentation circuits, and mechanical systems.
  • Liaise effectively with clients and subcontractors.
  • Lead and supervise electrical apprentices, managing resources and priorities.
  • Undertake occasional travel and remote work for large-scale projects.
  • Carry out control board wiring, including PLCs, safety systems, and motor control applications.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

  • A solid understanding of relevant Australian Standards.
  • A current South Australian Electrical Licence (unrestricted).
  • A current and valid driver's licence.
  • CPR / LVR training (or willingness to obtain).
  • White Card (or willingness to obtain).
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organisation.
  • Experience with control wiring, automation, motor control systems, and machine safety.
  • A commitment to quality, safety, and exceptional work ethics aligned with our organisational values.
