About the role

At Formalux Windows and doors', we are seeking dedicated and skilled factory staff to join our team in Neerabup, WA. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the assembly and production of high-quality UPVC windows and doors. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will play a vital role in delivering our products to customers across Western Australia.

What you'll be doing

  • Accurately assemble UPVC window and door components according to company standards and specifications
  • Operate a variety of machinery and tools to complete the manufacturing process
  • Perform quality checks throughout the production process to ensure product integrity
  • Maintain a clean and organised work environment to support efficient operations
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a similar manufacturing or assembly role, ideally within the UPVC windows and doors industry
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions and specifications
  • Competent in the use of hand tools, power tools, and various manufacturing equipment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
