Job Description

What’s the role?

We’re looking for casual Cellar Door Attendants who love good wine, great conversation, and being part of something a little different. This isn’t your average wine job. One day you might be pouring Pinot at QVM, the next serving sparkling at a pop-up interstate.

Key responsibilities

- Serve tastings, wines by the glass, and bottles to market-goers

- Represent the IB vibe: fun, approachable, genuine, and inclusive

- Share our story with customers in an authentic, down-to-earth way

- Assist with setting up and packing down the Mobile Cellar Door

- Travel to special events and festivals as required

Desired Skills and Experience

What we’re looking for

- Confident, customer-focused hospitality professionals

- Comfortable engaging with a crowd and talking all things wine (training provided)

- Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and occasional travel

- Previous experience in wine, hospitality, or events highly regarded

- Be part of a brand that does things differently
