Accounts Officer Part or Full Time

As the Accounts & Administration Officer, you will have day-to-day responsibility for operations of accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory and cash management

PART TIME or FULL TIME available.

**A bit about you**:

- Minimum 3 years experience in an accounts or similar role
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently with internal and external stakeholders
- Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
- Demonstrated experience managing people and promoting an effective team environment
- Ability to motivate individuals to ensure the company's shared vision and goals are achieved.

**Duties include**:

- Manage end-to-end AP duties, including supplier invoice reconciliation using Xero and Netsuite.
- Prepare and manage payment runs.
- Match and reconcile supplier monthly statements.
- Process invoices efficiently and resolve any discrepancies.
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Analyse inventory data to identify slow-moving or obsolete items and recommend appropriate actions.
- Assist with banking and other accounts duties as required
