We're searching for a friendly Front of House Attendant to join our customer facing team to help build on the in-store customer journey. A suitable applicant will have the ability to welcome customers with warm hospitality.

The ideal candidate will be customer-centric, ready to create the best in-store experience, build brand loyalty and be part of a team who is at the top of their game.

The Baker's Duck is an artisan sourdough bakery located in the beautiful garden city of Toowoomba, Queensland. We are a well-established organisation, known for investing time and love into crafting food that is made to be savoured.

Join us as we continue to serve our community artisanal sourdough croissants, pastries and bread.

As part of the front of house team, you will contribute to our daily operations across coffee and service - reporting directly to the Front of House Manager. Whether dialling in a new single origin bean, operating the coffee machine either solo or as part of a team, taking phone orders or serving on the tills. You are an integral part of The Baker's Duck team.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

  • 7 day roster, working weekends and public holidays
  • Work hours are rostered generally between 5am - 5pm.
