The Role

We are seeking candidates who possess strong selling skills with proven results in telephone/Zoom and face to face sales, with a caring attitude to clients and excellent relationship-building skills.

What We Need From You

  • Convert phone, web, and post-event enquiries into our programs
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience to potential students and build a pipeline of prospects
  • Achieve and exceed sales and activity KPIs, while being curious and open to learning

To Succeed, You Will Need

  • Experience seeding, nurturing, and harvesting in sales - be comfortable and skilled at commencing, following up, and closing sales
  • A genuine 'can-do' attitude, with a commitment to solutions and making things happen
  • A hunger to learn and grow
  • Experience in the personal development, coaching, business/entrepreneurial education space(s) or other high ticket sales is highly desirable
