Account Executive – Melbourne

We're hiring a driven, high-performing Account Executive to help hospitality venues transform the way they grow and operate through EatClub's expanding suite of software solutions.

This is a fast-paced, high-velocity SMB sales role with short deal cycles, high activity, and serious earning potential. You'll run consultative demos, manage fast-moving pipelines, and close new business every week while working closely with Account Managers to ensure venues are set up for long-term success.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle from outreach and demo to close
  • Run high-volume, fast-moving SaaS deals with short decision timelines
  • Build and manage a tight, active pipeline across restaurants and hospitality operators
  • Deliver consultative sales conversations focused on ROI and business impact
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing success
  • Use HubSpot and Gong to track performance, pipeline health, and conversion rates
  • Work with Marketing and SDRs to generate pipeline and refine local strategy
  • Consistently hit weekly activity goals and monthly revenue targets

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3+ years in SaaS or high-velocity SMB sales
  • Skilled in discovery, objection handling, and fast-closing deals
  • Proven ability to exceed targets in dynamic environments
  • Confident communicator with strong time management and drive
  • Collaborative mindset with a focus on working closely with Account Managers
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems preferred
  • Hospitality or marketplace background a plus
