Due to a large Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) program, we have a new opportunity for a highly experienced and technical minded Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) expert to introduce this new technology to Catholic Healthcare and lead the DAP implementation and integration, with the goal to provide in-app guidance and drive user adoption and efficiency.

Reporting to the Learning and Development Manager and working closely with the implementation vendor, Program and project leads as well as SME's across the business, you will have the opportunity to combine your understanding of learning and development, instructional design and project management, with implementation and configuration of the Digital Adoption Platform (DAP).

Your strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, combined with your technical expertise, will help you align business goals, user needs, and training objectives within a fast-paced outcome driven environment where you will work to tight deadlines.

In this hands on role your days will include;

  • Leading the end-to-end implementation of the DAP across enterprise systems
  • Designing and deploying in-app support features such as walkthroughs, tooltips, smart prompts, guided workflows
  • Ensuring compliance with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG 2.1), data privacy regulations, and security policies
  • Supporting ERP rollout phases by embedding training at the point of need and reducing reliance on traditional classroom or eLearning formats
  • Designing, developing, implementing interactive in-app tailored guides
  • Maintaining instructional design artefacts including scenario-based tutorials, process guides, and role-specific learning modules
  • Aligning DAP content with policies, compliance and change management initiatives
  • Monitoring platform analytics to assess engagement, completion and challenges
  • Supporting change management initiatives by embedding training at the point of need
  • Ensuring application features and functionalities are aligned with business goals
  • Championing digital literacy and self-service enablement across the organisation

The ideal candidate will have a curious approach, big picture mindset, the ability to engage effectively and respectfully with stakeholders and collaborate with cross functional teams, in addition to the following;

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar position supporting a large Program of work
  • Demonstrated experience and expertise with Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) implementation
  • Ability to think creatively, identify new training concepts and best practice approaches
  • Demonstrated experience in developing high quality learning solutions
  • Understanding of adult learning principles and learning methodologies such as ADDIE, 70/20/10
  • Strong content development skills to drive adoption and enhance user experience
  • Familiarity with setting up tags for user behaviour analytics and optimizing user metadata
  • Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Willingness to obtain a Police Check
