Instructional Designer

**Full Time - 3 Month Contract**

Opportunity to convert classroom-based learning into engaging and relevant eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline.

You will be responsible for the redesign of content to meet the learner needs building a suite of product modules, so an understanding of financial services (in particular insurance products) would be advantageous.

We are looking for someone who is a creative storyteller and communicator, who is able to convey complex financial and insurance concepts into plain English. You will need to be an efficient operator, able to quickly establish working relationships and deliver on this project by meeting all requirements and deadlines. You will also maintain documentation and course folders for the project.

On the technical side we need someone who:

- Is able to create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc)
- Is able to create interactions in Storyline and understand triggers and variables
- Understands accessibility guidelines making designs inclusive to all users

**What are we looking for?**
- Experience in Instructional design (3+ years)
- Proven experience in developing eLearning modules using Articulate software
- Demonstrated experience designing learning solutions for financial services, insurance and or a regulated sales/ service environment
- Solid project management experience in delivering the L&D component of large projects or end to end L&D projects
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to solve problems effectively and efficiently
- Highly developed verbal communication skills

**Desirable**
- Experience using a learning management system as a trainer or administrator
