Grow You.** As the Wellbeing and D&I Manager you can help us keep this philosophy alive as a member of the People Leadership team, working closely with Health and Safety, HR Admin and Benefits and reporting to the Chief People Officer. Responsible for championing wellbeing initiatives, including the effective development, implementation, management and evaluation of projects and initiatives aimed at promoting and protecting mental health and wellbeing within the VetPartners community. While driving and supporting D&I initiatives and delivering benefits projects as required.

**About You**

We are looking for someone with the skills and passion to strengthen and embed the VetPartners D&I strategy as well as design and develop initiatives that supports the health and Wellbeing framework. You will be a trusted advisor and partner with the broader People and Culture Team, Business Leaders, D&I and wellbeing advocates and allies to deliver outcomes.

**Essential Criteria**
- At least 2-3 years' experience in a D&I team designing and implementing D&I programs
- Experience in engaging, influencing, and driving cultural change
- Understanding of creating a psychologically safe environment
- Experience in project management
- Presentation and facilitation expertise and passion
- Experience with Benefits ideal
