ORIX is seeking an Organisational Development and Learning Specialist to design and deliver impactful initiatives that enhance performance, culture, and leadership across the business. INCLUDED IN WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Design and deliver initiatives that build high performance and organisational capability.
  • Research and implement innovative L&D solutions to strengthen organisational capability.
  • Develop and implement tools to measure and improve the effectiveness of learning programs.
  • Support leadership development initiatives, including program design and facilitation.
  • Collaborate with People & Culture and business leaders to enhance engagement and employee experience.
  • Manage vendor relationships, evaluate training outcomes, and recommend improvements.
  • Champion Diversity & Inclusion, lead internal working groups, and influence across the business.
  • Act as subject matter expert for eLearning platforms and learning technologies.
  • Lead and support People & Culture projects, contributing to process improvements and HR tech initiatives.

WHAT YOU HAVE:

  • Proven Learning & Development experience (facilitation, program design, eLearning, webinar technologies).
  • Strong research and analytical capability to identify trends and shape best-practice initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Experience with HRIS and Learning Management Systems.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and influencing skills.
  • Certificate IV in Training & Development (preferred, not essential).
  • Experience in Diversity & Inclusion and/or HR generalist activities (preferred).
  • Resilient, collaborative, and committed to driving cultural and organisational excellence.
