Our solutions are trusted across farming, animal health and general industry sectors. Now, we're expanding and we're looking for a driven, energetic, and entrepreneurial Commercial Sales Representative to join our national sales team.


WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Commercial Sales Rep, your focus will be on food processing, chemical manufacturing and other industrial/agricultural clients across Australia and beyond. You'll be responsible for growing AgBoss' product presence by both leveraging our existing product range and developing new business opportunities.

This is more than a traditional sales role, we're after a strategic thinker who sees the big picture and isn't afraid to push boundaries. You'll play a key role in shaping AgBoss' next growth phase.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Developing and executing a commercial sales strategy targeting OEM customers
  • Generating leads through local networking and commercial relationship-building.
  • Building strong, solution-focused relationships with clients across a range of industries
  • Promoting and selling AgBoss' range of agricultural and industrial products
  • Identifying and pursuing new sales channels - both within Australia and internationally
  • Thinking outside the box to uncover new markets, partnerships and products
  • Collaborating with internal teams to provide feedback, improve offerings and tailor solutions
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs (with generous commissions as a reward)

WHO YOU ARE

  • Proven B2B sales experience (preferably in industrial, agricultural or OEM sectors)
  • Strong ability to identify leads, negotiate deals and close sales
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with strong commercial acumen
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a flexible pipeline of opportunities
  • Familiarity with OEM product supply to sectors like food processing, chemical manufacturing, or industrial/agricultural operations is a bonus
  • Computer literate, able to use Microsoft 365 suite
