We're looking for hunters – ambitious, energetic salespeople who thrive on building new business, chasing down opportunities, and winning.

What You Will Enjoy Doing

• You will actively drive growth–owning the sales cycle, and closing deals
• Developing strong, long-term customer relationships across industrial and welding sectors
• Your responsibility includes working closely with your branch teams and support network to deliver a seamless, high-quality customer experience
• Identifying new gas opportunities in collaboration with the BOC sales team
• You will be providing expert advice and support to customers using your technical knowledge of Metal Fabrication processes and applications
• Maintaining a strong commitment to safety with a focus on zero harm to people or the environment

• You're a true sales person – self-motivated, relentless, and results-driven
• You've proven your ability to grow business, ideally in technical or industrial environments
• Understand the welding or gas industry (or have the aptitude to learn fast)
