We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Nominated Supervisor to join our amazing team at Mother Duck Kallangur. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity to work under the guidance of two capable and supportive Franchisees, both of whom bring deep sector knowledge and a strong commitment to professional growth.

What we're looking for:

A Diploma or Degree qualification in Early Childhood Education

Experience in a leadership role within an early childhood setting

A current Blue Card (or ability to obtain)

Sound knowledge of the NQF, NQS, and relevant legislation

A passion for quality education, team leadership, and building strong relationships with families
