This is a backfill opportunity supporting our commercial (sales) portfolio during a high-volume period, and we're looking for a service-driven Talent Acquisition (TA) professional to join the team. You'll balance sharp execution with warm partnership — bringing a calm, confident presence that builds trust, supports change and delivers results.

What you'll do

Talent Partnership

  • Be the primary TA partner for the frontline commercial function — align hiring strategies to workforce plans and demand.
  • Advise with market insights, recruitment data and talent trends.

End-to-End Delivery

  • Manage ~25–35 requisitions at any one time across frontline commercial roles.
  • Run the full lifecycle: brief, source, shortlist, assess, offer and onboarding handover.
  • Create a high-touch, inclusive experience for every candidate and hiring manager.
  • Keep our ATS (SuccessFactors) squeaky-clean — data integrity and compliance.

TA Strategy, Projects & Continuous Improvement

  • Contribute to TA projects (tech, process optimisation, employer brand).
  • Track and act on metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline quality, diversity representation, source effectiveness).
  • Propose and implement improvements that lift consistency, speed and experience.

Capability Building & Influence

  • Coach junior team members; share playbooks, tools and tips.
  • Run hiring-manager education (structured + inclusive interviewing).
  • Represent TA at external events (e.g., grads, industry briefings).

What you'll bring

  • Customer-obsessed recruiter with a passion for candidate & hiring-manager experience.
  • Proven juggler: you prioritise with clarity and stay composed when it's busy.
  • Experience recruiting commercial/sales roles (volume + niche).
  • Strategic, data-literate and influential with senior stakeholders.
  • Highly collaborative and adaptable in a fast-moving environment — team player first.

Experience & Capabilities

  • ~3–4+ years end-to-end recruiting (in-house, RPO or agency).
  • High-volume experience across commercial portfolios.
  • Exposure to SuccessFactors (or similar enterprise ATS) and tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK PTS, HireVue.
  • Sourcing toolkit: Boolean, mapping, pooling, talent intelligence.
  • Sound understanding of Australian labour law & compliance.
  • FMCG or other high-demand industries highly regarded.
