About the role

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join Sonder's P&C team. You'll work closely with leaders across all areas of the organisation — from Product & Technology, to Member Support, Go-to-Market, and Corporate teams — to ensure we attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent who thrive in our high-performance, values-driven culture.

This role sits within our People team and partners directly with hiring managers at all levels. You'll be hands-on with recruitment delivery while also developing and contributing to  talent projects such as improving efficiency, strengthening our EVP, building hiring manager capability, and experimenting with AI tools to enhance sourcing and candidate experience


What you'll be doing

You'll manage end-to-end recruitment across a diverse range of roles while driving strategic talent initiatives.

  • Partner with leaders to scope roles, design attraction strategies, and deliver outstanding hires.
  • Source proactively using a mix of channels, tools, and networks.
  • Lead interviews and support hiring managers with tools, coaching, and structured decision-making.
  • Ensure every candidate has a high-quality experience, with timely feedback and engagement.
  • Develop and contribute to projects that improve EVP, recruitment efficiency, and hiring manager capability.
  • Maintain and optimise systems including Greenhouse (ATS), Xref, CV Check, and Employment Hero.
  • Provide timely market insights and hiring data to influence decisions.
  • Collaborate with the Workplace Experience to support a seamless onboarding experience.

What you bring to the team:

  • Strong end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally in a fast-paced tech or SaaS environment
  • Prior exposure to recruiting Product & Technology roles is a bonus
  • Proven success hiring across multiple disciplines and business functions.
  • Strong communication skills and high EQ to influence and build trust with stakeholders.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and solutions-focused with a growth mindset.
  • Proactive in sourcing, talent mapping, and building future pipelines.
  • Curious about applying AI and new technologies to improve recruitment.
