We are looking for an experienced, energetic Recruitment Officer to join our People & Culture team on a 6-month contract. This role is central to delivering high-quality recruitment services across the district, supporting hiring managers and ensuring compliance with NSW Health policy and legislative requirements. About the Role
In this role, you will:
- Manage a portfolio of clients and coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes in line with NSW Health policy and legislation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
- Interpret policies and guidelines to provide clear advice and ensure compliance.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support colleagues through knowledge sharing.
