Fleur is a contemporary 45-seat dining room nestled within The Royal Hotel. Fleur showcases local produce through a European lens, served alongside a carefully curated wine list and exceptional high-end service staff. Experience in a high-end fine dining establishment will be highly regarded.

We are looking to fill a Casual role (Senior or Junior Chef de Partie) with lots of hours available. Potential for a full-time role in the future.

What you bring

  • Sound knowledge of food, produce and suppliers
  • Good communication and organisational skills, attention to detail and well presented
  • Understanding of current food and beverage trends
  • Relevant qualification in Commercial Cookery

What we are looking for

  • 2+ years experience in a CDP role at a comparable venue;
  • A passion for incredible food, presentation, customer experience and team collaboration;
  • Exceptional attention to detail, taking pride in perfecting every dish before delivery
  • Have full Australian working rights, availability to work nights and weekends
