Operations Manager – Join the ProjX Team

ProjX Australia is seeking an experienced and organised Operations Manager to join our Brisbane-based team. This role suits someone who enjoys building structure, improving systems and supporting a fast-paced property and project marketing environment. You'll play a key role in helping the business run smoothly and supporting the team across sales, projects, marketing and administration.

About the Role

As Operations Manager, you will support the operational delivery of the business and ensure internal processes, documentation and workflows are maintained to a high standard.

  • Operational Leadership & Business Support
  • Change Management
  • Operational Systems, SOP Development & Governance
  • CRM & Data Management
  • Reporting & Analytics
  • Document & Contract Administration Oversight
  • Technology, Licensing & Supplier Procurement
  • Marketing & Website Support
  • Office Tenancy, Administration & WHS
  • Risk Management, Compliance & Business Continuity
  • Leadership, HR Support & Capability Development

About You

You'll thrive in this role if you're structured, proactive and confident in supporting multiple departments.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Management or similar
  • Minimum 5+ years in operations or business management
  • Experience in property, development, project marketing or professional services (highly regarded)
  • Strong organisational capability and process-driven thinking
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and experience with digital workflow tools
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and maintain calm under pressure
